This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of our ERP software solutions and related services made through our website. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation Before Activation:
- You may cancel your software subscription or licence order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the software has not been activated or any services have not commenced.
- To request a cancellation, please email our support team at support@karyalay.in with your order details.
- Post-Activation Cancellations:
- Once the software licence key has been issued or the account has been activated, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Any implementation, customisation, or onboarding services started cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- A refund can only be requested if the cancellation is made within the 24-hour pre-activation window.
- Refunds will be processed only for the base software licence; any setup, installation, or professional services fees are non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Situations:
- After the software licence has been activated or the product has been downloaded or accessed.
- If any customisation, implementation, or training services have commenced.
- In cases of non-usage or dissatisfaction arising from features already listed in the product description.
- Refund Timeline:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
3. Amendments to Services
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any software features or services with prior notice to existing subscribers.
- Such changes do not entitle the client to a refund if the core functionalities promised at the time of purchase remain available.

- Date of purchase
- Reason for cancellation or refund
- Our support team will review the request and confirm eligibility under this Policy.
