Refund Policy

Understand our refund and cancellation terms

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of our ERP software solutions and related services made through our website. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Cancellation Policy


  • Order Cancellation Before Activation:
  • You may cancel your software subscription or licence order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the software has not been activated or any services have not commenced.
  • To request a cancellation, please email our support team at support@karyalay.in with your order details.
  • Post-Activation Cancellations:
  • Once the software licence key has been issued or the account has been activated, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Any implementation, customisation, or onboarding services started cannot be cancelled.


2. Refund Policy


  • Eligibility for Refunds:
  • A refund can only be requested if the cancellation is made within the 24-hour pre-activation window.
  • Refunds will be processed only for the base software licence; any setup, installation, or professional services fees are non-refundable.
  • Non-Refundable Situations:
  • After the software licence has been activated or the product has been downloaded or accessed.
  • If any customisation, implementation, or training services have commenced.
  • In cases of non-usage or dissatisfaction arising from features already listed in the product description.
  • Refund Timeline:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.


3. Amendments to Services


  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any software features or services with prior notice to existing subscribers.
  • Such changes do not entitle the client to a refund if the core functionalities promised at the time of purchase remain available.


4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for cancellation or refund
